Food lover and brand innovator, Libby launched and grew Chipotle Mexican Grill from 200 to 2,500 restaurants over a sixteen-year tenure. Being part of the movement that pioneered gourmet, fast-casual dining, she worked with some of the most progressive restaurant companies and food purveyors in the world. Inspired by their dedication to farmers, ingredients, the environment and local communities, she remains passionate about upholding these values through her work today.
Libby started Chica Communications to connect companies to causes and amplify their positive impact to society. Several of her newest clients are led by female entrepreneurs whose companies are becoming global leaders in food innovation and technology. Libby has been selected to speak at Harvard Business School, George Washington University, Loyola Marymount University and the University of California, Los Angeles business conferences. She is committed to the advancement of future leaders and deeply inspired by
